Privacy policy
In short:
- Through the enquiry form we receive the details you fill in and how you reached the site, so we can get back to you and know which channel brought the enquiry.
- Giving the details is voluntary, but without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you.
- The site uses no measurement or advertising cookies, no advertising pixels and no session recording.
- The details go only to the providers that run the site and receive enquiries for us, never to advertising platforms. We do not sell information.
- We send updates and offers only to people who ticked the box in the form, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information.
The full details follow.
1. Who we are
This policy explains what information the DebtIL Solutions (DEBT IL) website (the "site", "we") collects, what it is used for, who receives it and what your rights are, under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
The information collected on the site is held by DEBT IL. The site and the enquiry systems are run for DEBT IL by the service providers in section 4. For any privacy matter you can reach us through the enquiry form.
2. What we collect
- What you fill in the form: name and phone number (needed to send it), and if you choose to: your email, the country you live in, the type of debt, your message, and whether you ticked the box to receive updates and offers. The site language and the page the form was sent from are kept with the enquiry.
- How you reached the site, sent with the form: the page where you entered the site, the referring site's address, the campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and any other tag starting with utm_) and the ad click ids in the link (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid), for this visit and for your first visit within 90 days.
- Technical information: IP address, device type, operating system and browser, which reach the servers with every page load and with the form.
3. What each kind of data is used for
- Form details: getting back to you about your enquiry and talking about the debts you want help with, managing enquiries and automatic spam screening. If you ticked the box, also sending updates and offers.
- How you reached the site: measuring our advertising and content, that is, which channel, campaign or ad brought the enquiry.
- Technical information: showing the site on your device, securing it and blocking abuse.
- Meeting legal requirements.
We do not sell information, and we do not pass the form details to advertising platforms.
4. Who receives the information
Information goes only to the service providers that run the site and receive enquiries for us, and only as far as each one's service needs:
- Site hosting (GitLab): serving the pages. Receives the technical information of every page load.
- Enquiry intake (Cloudflare): receiving and storing the enquiries sent through the form, and recording the choices made in the cookie notice.
- Spam screening (Google): automatic screening of the enquiry text, only to spot spam.
- Team alerts (Telegram): an alert about a new enquiry, with its details, so we can get back to you quickly.
- DEBT IL: the team that handles the enquiry.
Information may also be disclosed if the law or a court order requires it.
5. Giving information is voluntary
You are not required by law to give us any information. Without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you about your enquiry. The other form fields are optional, and the whole site works without giving any details.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no measurement or advertising cookies, no advertising pixels and no session recording. This is what it keeps in your browser:
| Item | Purpose | Provider | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| di_visit (session storage) | How you reached the site on this visit, sent only with the form | DEBT IL | Until the tab is closed |
| di_first (local storage) | How you reached the site on your first visit, sent only with the form | DEBT IL | 90 days |
| consent_v, consent_choice, consent_ts, consent_vid (cookies) | Your choice in the cookie notice, so it is not shown again. The choice is also recorded as proof, with a random id that does not identify you | DEBT IL | 12 months |
You can change your choice with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, and delete this information in your browser settings at any time.
7. Updates and offers
We send updates and offers only to people who ticked the box "I agree to receive updates and offers" in the form. The box is not ticked in advance, and the form can be sent without it. You can withdraw that consent at any time: through the unsubscribe link or instruction in every such message, or through the enquiry form.
8. Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may see the information kept about you, ask to correct information that is not accurate, complete, clear or up to date, and ask to delete information. Withdrawing consent stops the use of your information from that moment on. Send requests through the enquiry form and we will handle them as the law requires.
9. How long information is kept
Enquiry details are kept as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and stay in touch with you, and then for the period needed for records and legal compliance. Browser storage is kept as listed in the table in section 6.
10. Security and transfer abroad
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form is sent encrypted, and enquiries are kept in systems that only the people handling them can access. We take reasonable measures to secure the information, but no system is completely immune.
Some of the providers in section 4 operate and store information outside Israel. Information is transferred to them under the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations.
11. Minors
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about minors under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
When the policy changes, the new text is published on this page with a new version number and update date.
Version 2.1, effective 20 October 2026
